What services does the elderly care home provide?

Maya Senior Care offers a comprehensive range of services, including 24/7 medical care, assistance with daily living activities (such as bathing, dressing, and grooming), nutritious meals, medication management, recreational activities, physical therapy, and social engagement opportunities.

The cost of care varies depending on the level of care required. Please contact our team for more information.

Visiting hours are from Mon-Sun, 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM & 4:30PM-6:00PM. We encourage family and friends to visit regularly to maintain strong connections and provide additional support for our residents.

Our team is comprised of highly trained Malaysian professionals,  comprising of nurses, physio therapist , and certified experienced caregivers. All staff members are carefully screened, certified, and continuously trained to provide the highest level of care and support to our residents.

Yes, we provide 24/7 on-site medical care, including regular health assessments, medication management, and coordination with outside healthcare providers as needed. Our facility is equipped to handle a variety of medical needs, ensuring that residents receive prompt and appropriate care.

Refund Policy

At Maya Senior Care, we aim to manage transitions with compassion and fairness.
This policy outlines the refund process following a resident’s departure.

  1. Refundable Deposit
  • Families intending to discharge a resident must provide a written notice at least one (1) month in advance.
  • Any refundable deposit paid upon admission will be returned within fourteen (14) working days, less any outstanding charges and a RM200 fee.
  • The RM200 fee covers final cleaning and administrative processing.
    1. Monthly Fees and Proration
    • Monthly fees are payable in advance.
    • The first and second month of check-in will be prorated based on the resident’s admission date.
    • From the second month onward, fees will not be prorated. Should a resident discharge, check out, or pass away mid-month, the full month’s fee remains payable and no refund will be issued for the unused period.
      1. Refund Process
      • Refunds will be issued to the designated next of kin or legal representative.
      • Completion of all discharge documents is required prior to the release of any refundable deposit.
      • Maya Senior Care will ensure all refunds are processed in a transparent and timely manner.
